The Vario W + in Black comes with robust internals, macro and micro steps of adjustment, and an accurate integrated scale. With these tools, you can easily unlock repeatable, precision grind quality at home. In other words, your grinder does all the hard work, so all you have to do is pick a weight and hit go! The W+ comes with programmable weight-based grinding and an accurate integrated scale that allows users to automatically dose on demand.

Features and Performance

The Vario W+ in Black is an updated version of the beloved Vario W, now with a newly updated high-visibility backlit LCD and modernized user interface that makes setting up a preset for any of the three different brew methods an absolute breeze.

The Baratza Vario-W is just as easy to use and program as the standard Vario. The grind can be fine tuned within a range of 250 to 1150 microns by adjusting the macro and micro sliders on the Vario W’s face. Micro adjustments are made in between macro settings for the most possible refinement of the grind.

While the Vario W+ can easily accommodate any brew method, it's important to note that the container needs to be in place in order for it to operate, so no swapping to a portaholder on this grinder. The burrs are high quality 54mm stainless steel that are perfect for multipurpose grinding for both brew methods and espresso.
