Free UK delivery

We offer free delivery on every order to addresses within the United Kingdom. There is no minimum spend.

Processing

Orders are usually processed within 1 to 2 business days. During busy periods this may take a little longer.

Delivery time

Standard UK delivery usually takes 3 to 8 business days after dispatch. Larger treadmills and commercial machines are delivered by a specialist pallet or two-person carrier, who will contact you to arrange a suitable delivery date.

Tracking

You will receive tracking details by email once your order has been dispatched.

Delivery access

Treadmills are heavy. Please check that the delivery address has suitable access, and let us know at the time of ordering if there are stairs, narrow doorways or restricted parking, so we can plan the delivery properly.

Damaged or missing items

If your order arrives damaged or incomplete, email support@tonava.com with your order number and photos as soon as possible and we will put it right.
