Payments on cremaharbor.shop are processed through Shopify's secure checkout. Your card details are entered on an encrypted page, transmitted over TLS, and handled by the payment processor — they are not stored on our servers and our staff never see your full card number.
Encryption
Every page on this store is served over HTTPS. Checkout is PCI DSS compliant, which is the card industry's security standard for handling cardholder data.
Accepted payment methods
The payment methods available to you are shown at checkout. If a method you expect is missing, it is not supported for your location or order.
Fraud prevention
Orders are screened for common fraud indicators. Occasionally a legitimate order is flagged — usually when the billing and shipping addresses differ. If that happens we will email you to confirm the details before shipping rather than simply canceling.
Protecting yourself
- We will never email or call you to ask for your full card number, CVV or account password.
- Our only support address is support@cremaharbor.shop. Treat any message from a different domain claiming to be us as suspicious.
- If you receive something that looks like it came from us and you are not sure, forward it to us before clicking anything.
