What brands do you sell?

We carry a wide range of trusted manufacturers, including Vitamix, Samsung, LG, Bosch, Siemens, NEFF, Smeg, Ninja, Hoover, Beko, Blomberg, Hisense, De'Longhi, Haier, Hotpoint, Miele and more. Every product page lists the manufacturer brand clearly.

Are your products new?

Yes. Every product we list is new and supplied with its manufacturer's warranty, unless the listing states otherwise.

How do I know which washing machine or washer dryer capacity I need?

Capacity (in kg) is listed on every laundry appliance's product page. As a rough guide, 7-8kg suits a couple or small family, 9-11kg suits a larger household. Washer dryers show two figures — the wash load and the (smaller) dry load.

What is the difference between a washing machine and a washer dryer?

A washing machine only washes. A washer dryer washes and then dries the same load in one drum, which is useful where space does not allow for two separate appliances, though its dry capacity is usually smaller than its wash capacity.

Do you sell replacement parts?

We stock complete appliances rather than spare parts. For accessories included with a specific product, check that product's box contents on its page.
