How much does delivery cost?

Delivery is free on every order, with tracking. Larger treadmills ship on a pallet or two-person service and the carrier will arrange a date with you.

Does it arrive assembled?

Most walking pads are ready to use out of the box. Larger treadmills need light assembly, such as fitting the uprights and console, and arrive with instructions and the tools required.

Are your products brand-new?

Yes. Every machine is brand-new and supplied with the manufacturer's warranty.

Can I return it?
