The heated group head helps ensure precise temperature control for the perfect extraction with any roast. The Barista Guidance feature actually detects imperfect extractions and makes recommendations for grind adjustments to help you get it just right. And with 45 stepped adjustment options on the built-in Baratza conical steel burr grinder, you’ll be able to dial in precisely for just about any roast profile. If you like milk drinks, the AutoMilQ system delivers silky smooth microfoam with no barista skills required—and the Auto Queue function helps streamline your brewing process by automatically starting frothing at the appropriate time during extraction so your milk and espresso are ready at the exact same time.

Totally new on the Oracle Jet is cold-brewing capabilities. By slowing down the extraction and brewing with lower-temperature water, the Jet produces legitimate cold-brewed coffee and espresso that is smooth, rich, and delicious.

All these features are easily accessed via the full-color touch screen display that puts a menu of 10 preset—plus 20 customizable—beverages at your fingertips.
