The DeLonghi Dedica Maestro is designed to empower even novice home baristas to make cafe-quality espresso and milk drinks with ease. Ready to brew in mere seconds from a cold start thanks to its thermoblock boiler, the DeLonghi Dedica Maestro will never keep you waiting for your morning espresso or latte. And, thanks to some design features typically reserved for machines that cost quite a lot more, it brews exceptionally good espresso. 

Ideal extraction pressure is generally considered to be 9 bar, and that’s what you’ll get with this high-pressure, Italian pump when you prep your puck correctly. The Dedica Maestro also gives you the option to select one of three preset brewing temperatures, so you can tailor your extraction to the type of coffee you’re using—use low for dark roasts, medium for medium roasts, and high for light roasts. Those who like their double-shot with some steamed milk will be impressed with the Dedica Maestro’s commercial-style steam wand. With just a little practice, you’ll be serving up silky microfoam for lattes and fluffy mounds of foam for cappuccinos. 

Included with your DeLonghi Dedica Maestro is a stainless steel portafilter, an espresso riser that sits on top of the drip tray to reduce splashing with smaller cups, commercial-style and double-walled filter baskets for single and double shots, a 54mm tamper, coffee scoop, cleaning brush and needle, and a bottle of descaler.
