The Eureka Mignon Zero 65 AP is designed to make single-dose grinding easy, no matter how you choose to brew. With an upgraded set of 65mm flat steel burrs with all-purpose cutting geometries and a larger grind-adjustment knob designed to make switching between fine and coarse settings seamless, the Mignon Zero 65 AP is Eureka’s most powerful, versatile single doser yet.

Let’s start with the upgraded burr set—not only did Eureka increase the overall size of the burrs, they altered the cutting geometry to improve consistency across the full spectrum of grind sizes, so the Mignon Zero 65 AP is just as capable of producing quality grounds for a French press as for espresso. These burrs are also rear-mounted, which further increases the cutting surface, improving consistency across all grind sizes.

The Mignon Zero 65 AP also uses the same sloped geometry as the Oro Mignon line of single-dosing grinders, which helps to improve retention rates. Like other Mignon-line single-dosers, the Zero 65 AP comes with a stainless steel 45 g dosing cup and Eureka’s “blow up” hopper with attached silicone bellows.

Perhaps our favorite update, however, is the much-improved grind-adjustment knob. Larger and easier to turn than the original, this version also features a rotation counter, which helps you keep track of exactly which grind size works for which brew method.
