The Eureka Mignon Zero Espresso Grinder is a single dose style espresso and brew grinder that features low retention, fast grinding, and technology designed to help keep grinding as quiet as possible. With new features like an extra comfort knob paired with classic Eureka Mignon features like micrometric stepless adjustment, this grinder will quickly become a staple for your brewing process.

Features and Performance

The Eureka Mignon Zero Espresso Grinder is equipped with 55mm flat burrs made of hardened stainless steel to make sure they’re up to the task of grinding your coffee for years to come. This single dose grinder is also equipped with a 45g bean hopper that’s perfect for holding a single dose of coffee beans whether you’re brewing coffee or espresso. You can also attach the blowup chute to make sure that you get all of your coffee from the hopper through the chute.

Eureka designed the Zero for your convenience with features like an extra comfort knob and their signature micrometric stepless adjustment. These features make it easier for you to perfectly dial in your grind settings so you can find the perfect setting for whatever brew method you’re grinding for. Plus the included portafilter prongs can be adjusted to also hold the included Eureka dosing cup, so you can choose whether you want to grind directly into your portafilter or container or into the dosing cup.

When you’re trying to move quickly in the morning, the Eureka Mignon Zero won’t slow you down. It can grind between 1.2g and 1.8g per second when it comes to espresso and 1.9g to 2.5g per second for coarser brew methods like French press. And with the high level of dose consistency you can find with this grinder, you don’t have to sacrifice functionality for speed.
