The Eureka Mignon XL, in black, is the coffee grinder for at-home and professional baristas who want grind efficiency and an extremely low coffee retention, without sacrificing quality.

As part of ORO line, which draws inspiration from machines throughout Eureka’s 100-year history, the Mignon XL features a plethora of industry leading features like “Diamond Inside” burrs and “Silent Technology” grinding that are sure to impress.

Features and Performance

The Mignon XL measures at a height of 15in, width of 4.7in, depth of 7.1in, and a weight of 15.9lb. Included are Eureka’s patented “Diamond Inside” 65mm flat burrs that remain at optimal sharpness longer to ensure a more steady granulometry over time, as well as the presence of the ever-popular "Silent Technology" that allows the Mignon XL to remain at a maximum noise level of about 60dB, the same as a set of electric hair clippers.

Also included is a 300g bean hopper, an upgraded 1.650 RPM motor, an all-purpose adjustable rubber coated fork for hands-free operation, Eureka’s ELR System, which ensures a very low retention in the grinding chamber and a consistent dose amount, and a Mignon Mat Kit for easy and efficient cleaning.
