Rancilio Stile Espresso Grinder

The Rancilio Stile is a 58mm flat burr espresso grinder designed to pair with the popular Rancilio Silvia and Silvia Pro X espresso machines. It uses stepless micrometric grind adjustment with options for timed grinding through the OD (On Demand) version and fully manual grinding on the SD (Single Dose) version. Compact at just 12.4” tall and 5.2” wide, the Stile will have no trouble fitting in any kitchen.

Features and Benefits

The Stile grinds with a set of flat, 58mm ThermoSteel treated burrs. Optimized for espresso grinding, the treatment helps the burrs maintain their sharpness and the stepless micrometric adjustment allows you to easily dial in the Stile for any espresso. Both the OD and SD versions of the grinder are equipped with a hands-free fork that can be used to securely hold the portafilter in place while grinding. Despite its compact size, the Stile's burrs are some of the largest for a grinder under 13 inches.

For traditional hopper grinding, choose the OD which features two programmable timed doses that can be set within 1/10th of a second via a touchscreen display. Doses are ground via a portafilter activated start switch. The SD is purely manual for single dosing and uses a start and stop switch that activates the motor for grinding. The grind adjustment dial is uniquely accessible on both the left and right sides of the grinder, integrated into the panel with grind size indicators to show you your current setting and how to adjust finer and coarser.

Like the Silvia series that it emulates, the Stile is housed in high quality powder coated steel and is fully designed and manufactured in Italy. In a unique inclusion, the Stile SD comes with a washable marker that can be used to write brew recipes on the front panel.
