Ready to brew in just 45 seconds, the G&IP’s built-in zero static grinder uses 30mm conical burrs and has 25 stepped settings for dialing in your grind. The grinder operates rather quietly (71–72 decibels in our testing), and impresses with pillowy grounds delivered directly into your portafilter with minimal mess. Programmable grind times are easily adjustable for single- or double-shot extractions, anywhere between 2 and 30 seconds. 

The PID-controlled boiler temperatures (which you can adjust in 1°C increments) and automatic pre-infusion on the G&IP mean you can brew some legitimately delicious espresso on this machine. And, once you’ve got your grinder dialed in, the programmable volumetric extraction times for single- and double-shots make preparing the perfect espresso as easy as pressing a button.
