Every machine sold by Tonava is brand-new and boxed and is supplied with the warranty provided by its manufacturer. We do not sell used, refurbished or ex-display equipment.
Warranty terms vary by brand and model
Treadmill warranties are set by the manufacturer, not by us, and they differ significantly between brands and between models within a brand. Motor, frame, parts and labour are often covered for different lengths of time.
Where the manufacturer publishes the warranty term for a model, it is shown in the specification table on that product's page. If the term you need is not listed, email us before ordering and we will confirm it with the manufacturer.
This page cannot state specific warranty lengths until you supply them. Please provide, per brand you stock: the warranty duration for motor, frame, parts and labour; whether labour and on-site repair are included or parts-only; whether cover is limited to domestic use and is voided by commercial or light-commercial use; and the claims procedure each manufacturer requires. Do not publish a single blanket figure such as '2 year warranty' across all brands, as that would be inaccurate for most of the catalogue and is a misrepresentation risk.
Home use and commercial use
Most home treadmills are warranted for domestic use only. Using a domestic machine in a gym, studio, workplace, school or other commercial setting will usually invalidate the manufacturer's warranty. If you are buying for a commercial environment, choose from our commercial treadmills or contact us first.
Making a claim
Email support@tonava.com with your order number, the model, a description of the fault and photographs or a short video where possible. We will confirm the manufacturer's process and help you through it.
Your statutory rights
A manufacturer's warranty is in addition to your legal rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. Nothing on this page limits those rights.
