Schonhaus WMSF01814AW 8kg 1400 Spin Freestanding Washing Machine White

Free standard shipping across the UK, with no minimum order. Express shipping is £19.99 at checkout.

Orders are processed in 2–3 business days and ship with tracking. Large appliances such as washing machines and TVs often travel by a two-person delivery service — the carrier contacts you to agree a delivery window, so tell us at checkout if your address has stairs, a narrow entrance or restricted parking.

30 days to change your mind. Return it in its original packaging and we send a prepaid label — return shipping costs you nothing. Full terms in our Refund Policy.

Checkout runs on Shopify’s PCI DSS compliant payment system. Your card details are entered on an encrypted page and handled by the payment processor — they are never stored on our servers and nobody here sees your full card number.

Every page on this store is served over HTTPS. Orders are screened for fraud, and if something looks unusual — most often a billing address that differs from the shipping address — we email you to confirm rather than cancelling.

We will never contact you asking for your card number, CVV or password. Our only support address is support@cremaharbor.shop. More detail on our Payment Security page.

Every product we list is new and comes with the warranty provided by its manufacturer. Warranty length and coverage are set by the manufacturer, not by us, and vary between brands and between models within a brand.

Where the manufacturer publishes the warranty term for a model, it is shown on that product's page. If it is not listed, email us before ordering and we will confirm it.

Warranties generally do not cover wear and consumable parts, or damage from incorrect installation. To make a claim, email us your order number, the model and a description of the fault. See Warranty for the full picture.

Is this product new?

How long does delivery take?
