What difference does a motor make? Turns out, quite a lot. This Hisense washer dryer has an Inverter motor that rotates at just the right speed for the load you're washing. That means it runs quietly, uses less energy and extends the life of your washer dryer. If you've got clothes that just need freshening up, use the Pure Steam programs. Steam helps to remove odours and bacteria lingering in your clothes, as well as keeping them soft and less creased. The powerful Pure Jet Wash quickly dissolves detergent, helping to lift dirt from your clothes.

Good to know

- The super-fast spin removes more water from your clothes, so they'll dry faster
- Quick wash and quick wash and dry options mean you can wash clothes quickly when you need them
- Add anything you've missed thanks to the Pause & Add feature

Shipping & Returns

Free standard shipping across the UK, with no minimum order. Express shipping is £19.99 at checkout.

Orders are processed in 2–3 business days and ship with tracking. Large appliances such as washing machines and TVs often travel by a two-person delivery service — the carrier contacts you to agree a delivery window, so tell us at checkout if your address has stairs, a narrow entrance or restricted parking.

30 days to change your mind. Return it in its original packaging and we send a prepaid label — return shipping costs you nothing. Full terms in our Refund Policy.

Payment & Security

Checkout runs on Shopify’s PCI DSS compliant payment system. Your card details are entered on an encrypted page and handled by the payment processor — they are never stored on our servers and nobody here sees your full card number.

Every page on this store is served over HTTPS. Orders are screened for fraud, and if something looks unusual — most often a billing address that differs from the shipping address — we email you to confirm rather than cancelling.

We will never contact you asking for your card number, CVV or password. Our only support address is support@cremaharbor.shop. More detail on our Payment Security page.

Warranty & Support

Every product we list is new and comes with the warranty provided by its manufacturer. Warranty length and coverage are set by the manufacturer, not by us, and vary between brands and between models within a brand.

Where the manufacturer publishes the warranty term for a model, it is shown on that product's page. If it is not listed, email us before ordering and we will confirm it.

Warranties generally do not cover wear and consumable parts, or damage from incorrect installation. To make a claim, email us your order number, the model and a description of the fault. See Warranty for the full picture.
