Stains don't have to spell the end for your clothes. Hotpoint's ActiveCare tech can deal with over 100 every day stains, even in 20°C washes. Now it won't matter if you slop pizza down your front or get your bronzer everywhere. The Steam Hygiene and Steam Refresh cycles will help to freshen up your clothes and reduce creases at the same time. It means your ironing pile will be less of a mountain, and more of a mole hill. And the Anti-Allergy cycle removes up to 99.9% of common bacteria and viruses, without any harsh chemicals.

Good to know

- The three Wash & Dry programs will wash and dry your clothes in one cycle
- Wool Care uses a delicate wash cycle to look after your winter woollies so they stay soft and cosy
- When you're pushed for time, the Rapid options let you wash smaller loads quickly
- The PRO-Inverter motor runs quietly and efficiently for years of hassle-free use
- Up to 90% of the parts can be recycled, so you don't have to feel guilty about replacing it

Shipping & Returns

Free standard shipping across the UK, with no minimum order. Express shipping is £19.99 at checkout.

Orders are processed in 2–3 business days and ship with tracking. Large appliances such as washing machines and TVs often travel by a two-person delivery service — the carrier contacts you to agree a delivery window, so tell us at checkout if your address has stairs, a narrow entrance or restricted parking.

30 days to change your mind. Return it in its original packaging and we send a prepaid label — return shipping costs you nothing. Full terms in our Refund Policy.

Payment & Security

Checkout runs on Shopify’s PCI DSS compliant payment system. Your card details are entered on an encrypted page and handled by the payment processor — they are never stored on our servers and nobody here sees your full card number.

Every page on this store is served over HTTPS. Orders are screened for fraud, and if something looks unusual — most often a billing address that differs from the shipping address — we email you to confirm rather than cancelling.

We will never contact you asking for your card number, CVV or password. Our only support address is support@cremaharbor.shop. More detail on our Payment Security page.

Warranty & Support

Every product we list is new and comes with the warranty provided by its manufacturer. Warranty length and coverage are set by the manufacturer, not by us, and vary between brands and between models within a brand.

Where the manufacturer publishes the warranty term for a model, it is shown on that product's page. If it is not listed, email us before ordering and we will confirm it.

Warranties generally do not cover wear and consumable parts, or damage from incorrect installation. To make a claim, email us your order number, the model and a description of the fault. See Warranty for the full picture.
